Assalamualaikum..
8 November 2022 genap 6 bulan aku bekerja di MNC company, semiconductor industries. What I can say, totally worth it. My basic pay increase RM 900 from previous company. And when I work there for 4 months, my boss increase another RM 200 my basic pay. So total increase my basic pay for this year is RM 1.1k.
The best part is, I also have OT pay. 1.5 rate after 5.30 pm. So everyday I just allocate like 30 min to do OT, balik pukul 6 pm. Every month I have like 9-11 hours OT and it can topup another RM 250-RM 400 my basic pay. Padahal tu dah malas2 jugak tu.
What I like the most, this company also have flexible time. On paper, your working hours is 8.30-5.30 pm. Lunch hours is 12.30-1.30 pm. BUT, yes you can enter the office before 9.30 am and just lewatkan balik untuk cukup kan 8 jam bekerja. Lunch hours you can start as early as 12 pm and can came back office at 2 pm. You just need to ganti je if you keluar awal, masuk lewat as long as cukup 8 jam bekerja.
Sepanjang bekerja 6 bulan di sini, every festival ada makan2, Hari Raya & Deepavali got makan2. And also every quarter, we also have makan2 for deparments. And not cikai punya makanan.
Next, we also have outdoor activities held by company committee. Yang sempat aku join, Bowling tournament at Sunway Pyramid and Escape PJ at Paradigm Mall. Futsal and Badminton tournament pun ada tapi ni aku tak join la. And the last event was Annual Company Dinner at Pullman Hotel Bangsar.
Next, my job scope also quite adventurous compare to previous company. Kadang rasa nak pecah otak jugak buat. And all colleagues kebanyakkannya Chinese. Ada Malay pun, dia adalah Mandarin speaker. But semua nya baik, tak kedekut ilmu dan sangat membantu.
Dulu, nak sangat kerja yang mencabar. Sekali betul pulak Allah bagi. Kali ni tak boleh merungut.
Next, dekat sini ada dua orang nama Athirah in my department. Ini memang lawak. So at here, I more recognize by name 'TYRA'. Nampak cam poyo eh haha. But that's my name here. The pronounce is Tay-Ra.
That was my nickname since highschool. All my social media acc use Tyra. Tapi tu la, Chinese and Indian okay je panggil Tyra. Yang Malay ni Tighahh jugak perginya lol.
Okay akhir kata, semoga aku terus bahagia di sini. Dan tahun depan naik lagi gaji. Hihi.
